Adults Social Worker – Cornwall Council
£32 per hour
Based at Dolcoath – covering Camrborne and Redruth
- Experienced registered Social Worker with experience of working with different adult age groups of people including LD and older age.
- Ability to take a person centred, strength based approach
- Skilled in undertaking assessments, reviews and support planning
- Skilled in working with complex situations and ability to have difficult conversations
- Skilled in partnership working and finding alternative solutions to meeting people’s needs and achieving the best outcomes for them in their local communities
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Resilient and ability to adapt in the face of challenging circumstances
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams and Mosaic
Full time or Part time (18.5 hours) positions available
